Mission
We are dedicated to restoring health and well being to you.
We are an evidence based service and work to support you in creating a more balanced life and relieving symptoms such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia and attention issues.
As humans, we are governed by past conditioning often bringing us into feeling “stuck” or acquiring habits that no longer serve us. Recent advances in neuroscience indicate that diet and the brain (including the gut brain!) have a significant impact on our health and well being. This suggests that many of our dis-eases may be an outcome of diet and brain conditioning rather than a lack of commitment and personal will. Through therapy, education and training, we use cutting edge approaches to move you past these blocks to create a more balanced and healthier life.
If you would like to be surprised by discovering new ideas about yourself and your life, perhaps you might want to consider our services.
We would love to work with you so you can experience good health, wellbeing and a sense of “coming home”.

Xavier Hamer
**Biography**
Hi, I’m Xavier. From a young age, I was fascinated by how things worked. I found many answers, but when confronted with myself, I had none. Embracing presence with myself changed everything. I adopted the idea that “maybe friendship is possible” and began nurturing a healthy friendship with myself. This journey has helped me grow into a larger version of myself, discovering the many facets within me. I now share this experience with others by being present without fixing or changing.
**Therapeutic Approach**
Being present with oneself is transformative. My approach involves focused breathing to connect with the present moment, acknowledging and welcoming all parts of oneself. This practice fosters self-acceptance and connection. By seeing myself clearly, I can see others more clearly too. My aim is to reconnect individuals with themselves through breathing and acknowledgment, offering a foundation for personal growth. Additionally, I am a certified Cannabis Psychedelic Assisted Facilitator, integrating these insights to enhance therapeutic experiences.
**How I Work with Clients**
In therapy sessions, I bring my humanity, resonating with the shared experiences of others. We all have commonalities, like breathing and awareness. I align with both agreements and disagreements, shaping my viewpoint. My focus is on being present and aware, accepting that bliss and challenges coexist. Kindness and friendship towards oneself are crucial for evolving into moments of simply being okay.
**Programs Offered**
I offer a safe space designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves through alignment (set) breathing and acknowledgment. Starting with self-friendship provides a safe foundation for exploring oneself and life. I emphasize the importance of being present and aware, maintaining boundaries, and nurturing existing relationships. My approach includes HeartMath Breathing to create a safe starting point in life. As a Cannabis Psychedelic Assisted Facilitator, I also incorporate these practices for deeper self-exploration and healing.
I’m currently creating Class 101 – a mindfulness class focussing on breath-work and first aid in self-care.
